TechYiZu UX Day 2011, Shanghai
On Nov. 5th, TechYiZu held an event named UX Day: DesignINg Shanghai at Bridge 8 phase III. Through lightning talks, mini workshops and a city-wide research & rapid prototyping exercise, it brings new concepts of User Centered Design.

The Birth of the iLab Logo
Finally, our innovation lab in China has got its own logo! It’s cute, isn’t it?
The overall idea is pretty simple. The dot of letter i is transformed into a boy’s face. With the huge spectacles and confident facial expression, he represents the characters of geeks. The overlapped circles around the head are like ideas burst out from his brain. Altogether the logo highlights the features of our innovation lab: we are a group of confident and happy geeks with passion for technology and new ideas. Besides, the blue and green color scheme echoes the logo of Standard Chartered Bank.
